Lindsay was convicted of man-Jaugh-ter of his wife and sentenced to seven yours' imprisonment. A cable from Sydney on June 5 re-lat.-d that the wife in her dying deposition stated that she awakened to find her husband standing over her with a razor. Shi' sprang out of bed, and ler husband shot her twice. She denied certain allegation- made against her.
