The Court held that the Order-in-Council prohibiting the admission of Asiatics was good and had full effect. The Hindus did not possess the ncoeesary amount of money to permit them to land in Canada, and had not made a direct journey to the country. The majority were unskilled laborers, and therefore, temporarily barred under anv circumstances.
