LIBEL CLAIM FAILS. By Cable--Press Association—Copyright Received 3, 8.-40 p.m. Sydney, July 3. The jury returned a verdict for the defendants in the case of the Co-opera-tive Assurance Company against the Sun Newspaper Company for alleged libel. Mr. Justice Sly concluded a long summing up on fair and unfair criticism with the words: "If the jury found the Sun'B comment was fair and bona fide comment, the verdict would be for defendants."
