WATERTOWN TORNADO.
DAMAGE TOTALS A MILLION DOLLARS. By Cable—Press Associatio"--I■■jji;. eight New York, June 24. Four were killed at Minneapolis by the tornado, two fatally, and a score more or less injured. At Watertown, North Dakota, the damage to property is estimated at more than a million dollars. There was almost complete prostration of telegraph and telephone communication for a number of hours.
It is reported that the wind and a rain storm swept North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin. The reports are incomplete, and it is possible that the loss of life and property may be largely increased.
