Telegrams indicate thai both the regular troops and the rebels at Durazzo have broken the armistice. The rebels protested against Prcnkhiboda's forces ■marching against the insurgents and bombarding and burning villages. The Government replied that owing to telegraphic interruption, it was unable to notify Prenkbiboda of the armistice.
Durazzo, June 24.
The Government troops were defeated in the south, near the river Semeni, losing a quickfirer. The insurgents captured Elbassan, with its garrison, including two officers. The rebels are marching on Valonia, which is defenceless. The population i? fleeing to Athens.
It is stated that the Government has accepted the Porte'B proposal for the reinstatement of and indemnity for the refugees in Asia Minor.

Le Temps' Rome correspondent states that Essad has suddenly disappeared. It is supposed that he is secretly returning to Albania.
