(Mr. Redmond's American appeal accuses the British aristocracy and the Irish minority of an audacious attempt to put down Irish liberty. The Orange movement is financed l)y their wealthy and aristocratic enemies and patronised by the leading generals in the Army, and is further accompanied by a partially ' effective campaign to produce a feeling in the Army that this rebellious body could count on the Army's refusal to maintain the law.
