IN A DENSE FOG. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 18,11.40 p.m. '
London, June 18.
There was a thick fog at Spithead, and it was possible to see only from the ''yards of the Kaiser Wilhelm IX, which was practically at a standstill when she collided with the Incemore. A great hole was made below the water-line, but only one bulkhead compartment was 'flooded. There was no panic. The Incemore's bows were crushed flat.
