Owing to the reported breach between Villa and Carranza, over Villa's supporters seized a post office controlled by the Carranzaists, the mediators are, pessimistic regarding their efforts. It is reported that Villa has thrown up all the military offices under Carranza.
REBELS REPULSED. Mexico City, June lfl. The rebels were severely defeated at Zacatecas, and the town is now safe.
