OVERWHELMING CONFIDENCE IN
THE MINISTRY.

The Chamber voted confidence in the Cabinet by 362 votes to 139, one of the fcrgest majorities the French Chamber has ever obtained. The Socialists voted jlgainst the Ministry en bloc. M. yiviani, the Premier, received a great ovation.
