THE KAISER AND ROSES.

A DIPLOMATIC VISIT. Received 15, 5 p.m. Times and Sydney Sun Services. Vienna, June 15. Cynical effusions about "roses" and "summer in her festival garments" hailed the Kaiser and Admiral Von Tirpitz at Archduke Francis' Chateau. The immediate motive of the Kaiser's visit is still declared to be the Imperial wish to see the Archduke's gardens in full bloom, but diplomatists assert that the visit is due to a desire to remove the deplorable antagonism betwen Austria and Italy. The independent Press asserts that the loses in the Archduke's garden will at some future date be converted into a bouquet of taxes.
