IN BANKRUPTCY. PUBLIC EXAMINATION
Tii the Supreme Court in Bankruptcy at New Plymouth yesterday, before Mr. A. Crooke, S.M., sitting as Registrar of the Umirt, the public, examination of 1 ? . Moore and J. 0. Morey, of New Plymouth, draper.- 1 , who filed a petition in bankruptcy in March last, was called. Mr. 0. 11. Wc-ston appeared for the D.O.A. (Mr. ,T. 8. S. Medley) Mr. 1). H'utcbcn, Who appeared for the '■bankrupt 'Moore, stated that he 'had been instructed by Mr. A. H. Jo'hn■stoiie, who was to appear for the bankrupt Morey. to apply for a. week's adjournment of the examination. Mr. Johnstone, he explained, luul only just ■been instructed, and wis not yet propared to go on. Mr. Weston intimated that lw; had no objection to tiiis course, and the examination was therefore adjourned uutill 0.30 a.m. on Monday next.
