DISLOYAL EMPLOYEES.
Sir, Being' under the impression that tlio employees of tlie Government in the hailway .Service were forbidden to mix in polities, vrfiat was my surprise to find several members of the Rang working on the line near Inglewood not orlv supporting the Liberal League and attending all their meetings, but also distributing papers and pamphlets for the Le.viie a nrournl the district. They were not allowed to do so under the Ward Government, for I know of many dismissals for far less than this, and quite right, too, ■ for one traitor in the camp is worse than a hundred enemies outside. For the pay and privileges they now receive tiiev surely ought to lie content; in faot iii most people's opinions, Mr. Hemes' is pampering them too much.—r am etc PAUL ,romps'.
