SMALL STEAMER DISABLED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Thursday. The small steamer Arapawa is reported to be sheltering at Whareata Bay, DTJrville Island, owing to a breakdown in the engine-room during the voyage from Wanganui to Puponga. MUSKETRY INSTRUCTION. Wellington, Thursday., The musketry instructors from the four centres of the Dominion have been meeting in Wellington for the purpose of 'considering various matters connected with the musketry training of the j New Zealand Territorial forces. As I the result of their deliberations, it is v understood that the conditions remain practically the same as last year.
