The agent for the Komogata Maru has notified Gurditsingh that unless £3OOO is paid instairter, he will charter all the vessel, which will immediately leave. A consignment of provisions has been sent aboard for the Indians, upon which they have paid -a hundred dollars, and owe a balance of a thousand. The Indians declare that they cannot get money unless they arc allowed ashore.
