IS A STUMBLING BLOCK. IBy Cable—Press Association—Copyright New York, Juno 10. A question has arisen which is likely to prolong the peace conference considerably The point is how the executive shall be transferred from lluerta to a provisional president. The Mexican delegates wish the new president to take over the power as approved by the constitution. This means tacit recognition of Huerta by the American Government, which objects to anything of tihe kind.
