A BIG SCHEME FOR AUSTRALIA.

At the annual meeting of tbc Central Emigration Board, Sir John Madden, Chief Justice of Victoria, said Australia hungering for immigrants, but they must be people who could and would hustle. :Mr. Easton, of New South Wales, outlined a scheme to raise a million pounds for Australian settlements, providing ready-made homesteads, and educating and assisting settlers.
