MONTHLY MEETING. The monthly meeting of the Clifton County Council was held at Waitara yesterday, when there 'were present: Crs. A. M. Bower (chairman), 11. T. Hicks, IT. Sander, S. J. illiott, W. Jones, S. J. ivennington. ENGINEER'S REPORT. The County Engineer (Ma- 0. F.
