Mrs. Fulham, sentenced in March, 1913, for complicity in the murder of her husband, died in prison of apoplexy. THE BELGIAN ARMY. Brussels, June 1. The Government is drafting a Bill to create a territorial force, increasing the army's war footing to six hundred thousand. A FAMILY INCINERATED. Received 2, 12.5 a.m. London, June 1. A miner, his wife and four children wove incinerated in their beds in a Dover collage, wliich was destroyed. Two other inmates were severely injured. wegian Hag, her owners being Messrs A. F. Klaveness and Co., Christiana, Norway. who control 23 large cargo steamers, The master of the Storstadt was Captain M. A. Andresen. The cable messages do not state whether the Storstadt was inward or outward bound, but she was probably fully loaded, and as her dead weight capacity was probably 8000 tons, the impact of the collision, even if the Storstadt was going dead slow, as is probable, it being very foggy, must have been terrific. as it is reported that the liner was nearly ''cut in two."
