LATE MRS. TOWNEN'D'S BEQUESTS. By Telegraph— Press Asscciation. t'ln-wtchiirch. Last Xight Probate of the will of the late Mr.*. A. Q. Towneml was granted yesterday bv Mr. Justice Denniston. In addition to t!\o public benefactions already armoufwed, a large number of private bequests are made. The will is dated January 25, m.\ and there is a codicil dated December 31, 101 C}. All the bequests mentioned in the will a*d aodicil are ia .be free of legacy duty The residue of the estate goes to a nephew in England. ifc'»r probate purposes the estate was •worn as being "mider £800,000," but when the accounts are made up it will approximate ,C 1,000,000.
