Prince William's former medical adviser declare* that the crisis is the outcome of a quarrel between Essad Paslha and Major Sehleuss, commandant of Duraaso. The Prince, under the Austrian Minister's threat to withdraw the warship, supported Major Sehleuss, and Essad consented to withdraw upon receipt of a large cheque. The insurgents have released their prisoners and everything is quiet.
