THE STREET RIOT CASES. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. At the Supreme Court, the jury disagreed in the case of CSeorge Johnston, re-tried for a second time 011 ft charge of participating in the riot in Featherston street 011 November 5. The Crown entered a nolle prosequi in this ease, and in that against Robert Hill, in which the jury failed to agree on Thursday. Hill was charged with bej ing concerned in the riot in Taranaki street.
