"Silver Blaise," which is the title of the picture, is well knmrii to all readers of Sir A. OonMl Doyle's books as one of the ntyst exciting adventures in which the. great deteciive created by that versatile author has ever taken part. Sherlock Holmes has become a household word since Conan Doyle created him, and in his appearance on the moving picture "creen has lost none (if hi 3 charm to admirers of virile detective stories. "Silver Blaze" is a brisk story of the i.urf, dealing with the hocufsshig of a famous racehorse, and the detection of the miscreants hv Holmes' finnans asiethods. It is a picture well worth seeing, from every point of view. The film is exceptionally well supported bv eomedies, secnics, and dramas, the thief attraction in a host of froml items being "Rallies,'' n Keystone aoniedy, which is well up to that linn's reputation fo r pure and unadulterated mSrth.
