Jas. 3 Conn, for theft at Dunedin, six months' i imprisonment and reformative treatment for three years; Thomas Frederick Victor, on several charges of false representations, eighteen months' imprisonment; John Crisp, solicitor, for forgery and misappropriation and failing to keep proper books, three years' i hard labor; George Havelock Green, , for attempted wife murder at Sawyer's !'.' Bay, ten years' hard labor; John Cecil , -Mercer, for theft from a dweliing and 1: forgery, six months' imprisonment and , rcfounative treatment!
