A committee representing the London County Council elementary schools reports that the teaching of sex hygiene as a class subject is inadvisable, but that some instruction or guidance should be given in secondary schools to adolescent pupils and students attending evening classes. The International Council of Women passed a resolution in favor of endeavoring to persuade the various Governments to adopt the principle of women's mediation in international conflicts.
