DUXEDIX SESSIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, Wednesday. At the .Supreme Court to-day, Thos. Frederick Suitor was convicted on two charges of obtaining goods hy fraud. Sentence was deferred. Francis McDonnell was charged (1) with robbing Thomas Almond of £7, and with using personal violence Inwards him; (2) stealing .C 7 from Almond; assaulting Almond.
