Admiral Breusing, in a newspaper article, claims that even if England were crushed, and Germany in a position to seize her colonies, the undertaking would represent an incalculable burden and disadvantage. Hence England's colonies is absolutely safe from unprovoked German attack.
The Admiral claims that the development of the Slav and Mongolian races makes collision with the Germanic nations inevitable, and if England chooses to throw her weight with the Mongolian aide and destroy the German Empire she will simultaneously dig her own grave.
