WELLINGTON HARBOR BOARD. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. At the anna! meeting of the Harbor Boajd, Mr. 11. Fletcher (retiring chairman) and Mr. J. G. Harkness were nominated for the position of chairman. After u sharp discussion, during which occurrences relating to the strike were reviewed, a. vote was tttken, resulting in a tie, seven members favoring each candidate. Lots were drawn, as provided for in the Act. and Mr. Fletcher was elected.
