A DAIRYMAN PENALISED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Yesterday. At the Police Court, Thomas Blake, a dairy farmer, was fined £2O and £3 17s costs for selling milk containing water, one sample showing 24 per cent., and another 3S per cent, of water. The magistrate ordered that the confiction, name and occupation of t'as defendant, his place of business, the nature of the ofl'ence, and, the penalty 1)0 published uy the health officer in both Auckland papers.
