' BILLETING CADETS, By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, Thursday. Country cadets in Dunedin on the occasion next week of General Hamilton's visit, will be billeted by a large number of citizens. The Union Company -will accommodate 300 on the Monowai on Monday sight.
HOSPITAL FINANCES. Wellington, Thursday. The Wellington Hospital Board's financial estimates put the expenditure for the current year at £54,055, exceeding the estimated receipts by £40,013. To meet this it is proposed to make levies amounting to £20,843, added to the aubaidy of £19,183 from the Government.
