MINISTERIAL.
THE HON. W. FRASER.
The Hon. W. Fraser, Minister of Public Works, with Mr. C. K. Wilson, it.P., left Waitara yesterday morning; after inspecting Messrs Borthwick and Sons' freezing works. He arrived in New Plymouth at midday, where he was received by -Mr. H. J. H. Okey, M.P., and after visiting Pukekura Park and the racecourse, adjourned to the White Hart Hotel for lunch. In the afternoon he paid a visit to the Moturoa oilfields, and subsequently received deputations in the Council Chambers: He leaves for the south by the mail train to-day.
