Auckland, Wednesday. The Mayors of Northcote (Mr. G Fraser), Onehunga (Air. J. Eowe), and Otahuhu (Mr. A. Sturges), were to-day re-elected unopposed. Polls arc to be taken on Wednesday for the Alayor of Aft. Eden, Ait. Albert, and Takapmia. Hawera, Wednesday. ■Nominations for the Mayoralty arc: —lf. K. Whiitington (deputy-Afayor) and E. Dixon (president of the Chamber of Commerce).
Pahiatua, Wednesday. The nominations tor the Mayoralty are: P. D. C. Crewe, the present Mayor, and J. D. Wilson, Borough Councillor and ex-Afayor.
f Eltham, Wednesday. ■■Mr. T. IS. Crump lias been re-elected for the third time, unopposed. Napier, Wednesday. Mr. Vigor Brown was returned unopposed as Mayor for the seventh successive term. '

'Waipawa, Yesterday. Mr. W. J. LimDricK has been re-elec-ted unopposed as Mayor. Timaru, Yesterday. Tlie following mayors have been elected unopposed:— Temuka.—Colonel Mayhurst. Geraldinc.—Mr. J. Kennedy. Waimaxc—Mr. J. Blac*. At Timaru the Mayor, Mr. Angland, is opposed by Mr. E. R. Guiness, and there are seven nominations for three seats on the council.
