Times and Sydney Sun Services. London, April 20. At the Camp Hill preventive detention prison two-roomed bungalows are being erected for the use of specially privileged prisoners who have earned certificates for industry and good behaviour. .

These prisoners will be given allotments for the cultivation of vegetables, to be sold to the prisons at market rates and the proceeds credited to the prisoners.
