MR. HOLMAN AND THE CAUCUS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Receired 21, 12.20 a.m. Sydney, April 20. Mr. Holman, Now South Wales Premier, clashed with the caucus. During his absence, the caucus carried a resolution that no appointments should 'be made to the Legislative Council unless the names were first submitted to the caucus. Mr. Holman declared definitely that lie will not do so, and adds that the Government will not submit matters of administration to anybody.
