WAGNER'S PRIVATE LIFE.
DRAGGED INTO THE COURTS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 21, 12.20 a.m. Berlin, April 20. Isolde, wife of Beidler, conductor of the Court Opera at Munich, has instituted a suit against her mother to claim the right to describe lie»self as "nee Wagner." Frau Cosima Wagner and her son Siegfried contend that Isolde is tihe daughter of Cosima's first husband, Hans Von Buelow. The suit is basgd on the statement that while Cosima's five children were all horn during the first marriage, which was formally dissolved in 1870, Cosima lived with Wagner as his wife as early as 1864. Isolde was born in 1865. She and the two youngest children, Siegfried and Era, wife of Houston Stewart Chamberlain, were recognised' until 1912 as Wagner's legitiraatised children.
