A case of some interest, arising out of the recent sugar trust ease, came on at the Court, of Appeal this morning, before Sir Robert Stout, Chief Justice, and Justice Edwards and Sim. Plaintiffs are, Fairbaini, Wright and Co., Christcliurch, and Levin and Co.. Wellington, defendants, who were convicted in the sugar trust case of offences under sections 5 and i) of the Commercial Trust Act, 1!>10.
