THE POTATO POULTICE.

CURE FOR INFLAMMATION. Times and Sydney Sum Services. London, April 13. There are signs of the return to nature and therapeutic sense. It has been found that raw potato-juice applied in hot water as a poultice absorbs the fluid in synovitis (inflammation of the joints) in a week, and patients resume work in a fortnight. It is also efficacious :si lumbago, rheumatism and bruises.
