The investigation of the murder of Mrs. Millard reveals the existence of an active revolutionary society among the Chinese here. Jack Kong has been regularly stealing from Millard's in order to get money to send to the White Wolves. The .Chinese at Vancouver and Victoria despatched last December a shipment of rifles and revolvers valued at £BOO. The Chinese authorities discovered this too late to block the importation. It is believed the society to which Kong belongs is arranging to send another shipment to the White Wolves.
