QUEEN'S VISIT TO FRANCE.

UNPRECEDENTED PREPARATIONS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 12, 5.5 p.m. Paris, April 11. Unprecedented preparations are being made in connection with the visit of the Queen of England. A spectacular review of twelve thousand troops of all arms has been arranged. Elaborate precautions are being taken to protect Royalty while travelling by rail from Calais to Paris. The line will be patrolled by soldiers, and military guards will occupy the stations, bridges and tunnels. The level crossings at the streets in Paris will be guarded by ten thousand police, and a host of plain clothes detectives.
