As the outcome of the Carraiiza Commission, Major Ferrero has been sentenced to be executed for murdering Benton. Ferrero has been degraded in the army and imprisoned. It appears that Villa merely imprisoned Benton, but Ferrero waylaid Benton en route to the prison, and shot him on board the train. General Villa has ordered six hundred Spaniards to be deported, and has issued instructions for a train to be provided. Their exodus to El Paso, Texas, will begin to-morrow.
