.MISSION STATION WIPED OUT. By Cable —Press Association —Copyright Perth, April J. A police telegram from I'roonie indicates that the Roman Catholic aborigines mission at Drysdale, in the northwest, lias been -wiped out. it was established in 111(18 and consisted of two fatlicis, six lay brethren and some halfcastes. The master of the .schooner taking supplies found the house, but there were traces of several fires and some bones ill them. The Protector of the Aborigines doubts tin- story. He thinks the schooner visited the wrong place. Tie admits fie natives in the vicinity are violently hostile.
