[ There is increasing tension between Romnania and Austria over the treatment of Roumanians in Transylvania, and Austria's Balkan war policy. A meeting of public men in Bucharest violently attacked Austria, An officer urged youths to ne prepared to march on Transylvania. There is a significant decrease of Roumanian anti-Russian feeling.
