Mr. .lustice Slriujrer addressed the court, and said he intended taking the amendment, to the Shops and Otlices Act as mandatory, and iutrodueinj; n sixday week into all future awards relating to the hotel and restaurant worker.". This Hears the way for a linal settlement 'it the whole dispute.
