SERIOUS DAMAGE IN SYDNEY. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 2H, 5.5 p.m. Sydney, March 2S. A violent storm, accompanied by a gale and a deluge of rain, passed over the city yesterday. Considerable damage was done to property. Several were struck by lightning' and one. man was killed under a tree in Centennial Park, where General lan Hamilton wm reviewing 2<1,0ll(l troops . General Hamilton was greatly impressed with the manner in which the cadets unflinchingly faced the elements. Telegraphic communication is interrupted.
