The Patea Club's receipts for last vear were £57, and the expenditure £44. The assets are £7O and liabilities £59. Mr. P. S. Gilligan was appointed president at the annual meeting on Friday evening, and Mr. F. W. Grainger secretary and treasurer. It was agreed to fall into line with the other Taranaki clubs in the matter of engaging a coach for the province.
