It is still raining. The country districts have greatly benefited. Received 24, 12.50 a.m. Sydney, March 23. Over seventeen inches of rain fell at Parramatta during the storm, and eight inches in six hours to-day. Received '23, 10 p.m. The rainfall since Friday was over eight inches, and in some of the country districts thirteen inches.
