In the House of Commons, Lord Robert Cecil inquired whether the Ministry's attention had been directed to thu resolution of the liousc of Lords respecting honors and party funds. Mr. Lloyd-George: stated that the Government was not prepared to make any proposal on the subject. Mr. G. Terrell (M.P. for Chippenham) asked if the Government wa ; i prepared to publish a list of subscribers to the party funds.
Mr. Lloyd-George: You'd better address that question to tho leaders of the Opposition.
