(From Our Own Correspondent). In the Waitara S.M. Court on Wednesday, judgment by default was given in the case of Hatrick and Co. v. Mrs. Eidgway, claim £25 6s 2d, and costs 345; W. Jury v. Riho Hakaria, claim £2 7s, costs 15s; Newbery v. Boi, claim £1 4s 9d, costs 10s; Rowe v. 8. Farqnhar, claim £8 3s 2d, costs 28s 6d; A. Hatrick and Co. v. A. Klenner, claim :£r9 Is 2d, costs 21s. In the judgment summons case, W. Jury v. Kawa, claim £3 13b Od, defendant wa» ordered to pay the amount within seven days, in default seven days' imprisonment. For failing to attend parades, Claude E. McKoy was fined 10s and costs 7s.
