A. PROTEST I'KO.M FOREIGNERS. By Cable—PreHS Association—Copyright Berlin, March 13. The German • American Commercial Union has protested at the Government imposition of the new war tax upon American residents in Germany. The law provides that all persons with an annual income over tloO shall pay an extra tax of a half per cent. Several European Powers intend joint! yto proteat against the tax.
