Snedden 54, Wilson 66, Taylor not out 44). Eden made 194 (Alexander 34, A. Horsoool 30, Punch SO) against Waitemata's 50 for four wickets. Grafton made 219 (Howpool 120, H. Willis. 29). against North Shore, 69 for four wickets (Dacre not out 50). University made 257 (Airey 101, Player 84) apunst Parnell, 57 for no wicket (Anthonv 35, Moore 25). Unless Ponsonby gets a three-point win, Eden A. will win the championship. The following team has been selected to represent North Taranaki v. South Taranaki on the Wednesday and Thursday, the 24th and 25th inst., at the Recreation Grounds:—Bewley, Lash, Nicoll, Staiiiton, McGie, Osborne, Bain, Monteath, E. Sarten, C. Wilson, and Swimgcour.
