THE NKW ZEALAND DIVISION. London, March 13. A note to lie Naval Estimates explains that H.M.S. Philomel will shortly be transfenvd !o New Zealand. The ordinary channel of entry for the New Zealand cadets will be through the Australian Naval College. Their effective period of service will be seven years. Two lightc misers wil be retained by the Admiralty for the New Zealand division, and will be manned by New Zealandcrs.
